16SQ Automatic Ferrule and Wire Crimping Machine

JCWelec’s latest wire stripping and ferrule crimping machine model is JCW-F16. 

This machine uses a servo motor for crimping, and the crimping height can be set accurately and quickly through the 7" colorful touch screen.

The JCW-F16 ferrule crimping machine uses a vibrating plate to transport ferrule. One vibration plate is suitable for all 10 sizes of ferrule. After replacing terminals, new terminals can be processed quickly with simple adjustments. 

The JCW-F16 terminal crimping machine adopts a compact and closed design, which not only protects the machine but also provides complete safety protection for the operator.
