The JCW-C40 braided sleeve threading machine hot-melt cuts expandable mesh braided sleeves to preset lengths and delivers the sleeves to the hollow guide tube inlet for convenient wire harness threading.
It is an automatic processing machine for automotive wire loom and cable management protection sleeving.
Equipped with PLC controller and adjustable photoelectric sensing system, it supports custom sleeve length setting.
With humanized adjustment design, it features fast threading speed, high cutting precision and stable running performance.
