The JCW-CST02S is a high-precision fully automatic double-head terminal crimping machine built for stable and accurate dual-end wire termination. The standard version comes equipped with OTP applicators by default, while it can be reconfigured to support European-style moulds according to customer terminal requirements.

Driven by brand servo motors as standard, the machine delivers precise motion control for wire feeding, cutting, insulation stripping and double-end terminal crimping, ensuring consistent crimp height and reliable pull force for finished harnesses. Mitsubishi servo system is available as an optional upgrade for customers requiring premium motion performance and enhanced stability in high-volume production environments.

The machine supports optional installation of the CFM crimp force monitoring module. The CFM module carries out real-time crimp force detection during operation. It identifies crimp abnormalities and alarms automatically, blocking defective terminals to prevent non-conforming products from flowing into subsequent processes and improving overall wire harness quality control.

All processing parameters including wire length and crimping settings can be saved and quickly recalled via the touchscreen interface. It is suitable for mass production of various electronic and electrical wiring harnesses, offering great flexibility to match different terminal types and production quality standards.
