High-level Automatic Double-End Terminal Crimping Machine
JCW-CST30 is a fully automatic crimp‑to‑crimp wire processing machine. The complete workflow covers automatic wire feeding, bidirectional straightening, wire cutting, double‑end insulation stripping, servo terminal crimping, crimp force monitoring and finished lead take-up.
Equipped with a bidirectional wire straightener, the machine ensures straight wire feeding. Belt-type transport rollers handle conductors without leaving indentations or surface damage. A closed-loop synchronous-belt feeding system further improves feeding precision while protecting wire insulation.
It adopts an industrial PC operating system. The graphical interface is intuitive and logically arranged. All process parameters can be easily configured, saved and recalled with visual on-screen guidance for fast operator familiarisation. Control is realised via the Panasonic FP2-RTX fieldbus system, delivering high positioning accuracy, fast response and real-time process supervision.
The crimp station is driven by imported high-precision servo motors for stable, repeatable crimp results. All pneumatic components are SMC standard products for reliable performance and extended service life. Automatic crimp-height adjustment of the crimp die removes manual adjustment work for consistent, unattended production.
For traceability, an optional QR code scanner and QR code printer are available for production data recording and management. Detected non-conforming products can be cut and separated automatically for scrap recovery, supporting quality targets close to 100% good parts.
High-precision crimp tooling is compatible with stringent specifications required by automotive wire harness applications.
The machine output reaches 4500 to 5000 finished leads per hour. Its frame is built for rigidity with a clean, modern international design language. Safety circuitry complies with CE requirements. When emergency stop is activated, all machine movements and pneumatic cylinders stop immediately and hold their current position.
