The JCW-T08 fully electric desktop cable tie machine is designed specifically for custom cable ties. It can be equipped with pneumatic cylinders to accommodate special functions and requirements.

This cable tie machine automatically punches, tightens, trims, and recycles scrap after manually placing the tie and pressing a pedal. The built-in positioning device further improves product yield and uniformity.

A single cycle takes less than 1.5 seconds, significantly reducing manual workload and fatigue while improving production efficiency, making it a perfect alternative to manual cable tie tools.

The tail length and loop size can be adjusted via the touchscreen.

The machine is compatible with different cable tie styles by replacing the cable tie module
