Europe-Type Strip Crimp Machine ( Mini-style Crimp Applicator)
40MM Servo Motor Press Wire Stripping Crimping Machine
JCW-2TU is a servo-driven strip and crimp workstation developed with overseas harness manufacturers in mind.
The machine’s mounting interface is built to fit standard European-style terminal applicators.
A key advantage is backward compatibility: customers may continue using their current, validated crimp dies without full replacement, cutting extra tooling investment and validation cycles.
Servo motion delivers adjustable crimp stroke and stable crimp height control, meeting the strict repeatability requirements common in international harness standards.
It supports fast applicator swap for mixed terminal production.
This platform is ideal for overseas workshops already running European applicator inventory and seeking to upgrade from pneumatic presses to servo-controlled crimping.
