JCW-320 is the base entry model of the JCW-320 terminal crimping machine series and remains our most popular configuration for general harness workshops.

It features an economical price point with proven reliable crimp performance, making it the preferred choice for factories with diversified low-volume orders.

This unit accepts interchangeable crimp dies to process a wide spectrum of common terminals.

It excels in small-batch and mixed-variety production environments, where operators frequently switch between different wiring specifications.

Besides routine production crimping, this base model is also commonly deployed at QC stations.

When inspectors find non-compliant crimped terminals, technicians can use the JCW-320 to rework and re-crimp those defective harness samples to save costs.

Simple to operate and easy to set up during die swap, this base version balances performance and budget perfectly.

It can be configured as pneumatic or electric type according to on-site air supply conditions, and fits electrical, power, battery and new energy harness workshops perfectly.

The JCW-320 series crimping machines are activated by a foot pedal, the operator can place the terminal and wire with two hands, which has achieved a safer operation, reducing crimping cost and improving crimping quality.
