By simply changing guide tubes and cutting components, a single JCW-322B CUT machine can accommodate wire materials of various specifications; it can also be configured to produce different cutting lengths. This solution allows for a significant improvement in the efficiency and precision of shielding mesh cutting with a minimal capital investment.

For applications requiring the inversion of the shielding mesh, an optional flipping fixture is available; similarly, fixtures of different specifications can be selected to suit the specific cable dimensions.

When placing an order for the JCW-322B CUT machine, please provide cable sample, we will then manufacture the corresponding fixtures and ship them together with the machine.

The JCW-322B CUT offers two specific versions designed to cover a diverse range of cables. The V2 model features a larger machine frame, as well as larger pneumatic cylinders and lead screws, enabling it to process heavy-gauge cables up to 120 mm².
