High-speed Cable Cut & Strip Machine

The JCW-CS05A series is an upgrade of the JCW-CS05. It uses a belt feeding system to replace the roller feeding system, which is particularly suitable for processing multicore sheathed cable and high-demand single-core wires.

The belt feeding system can avoid the situation where the roller system leaves marks on the surface of the wire insulation, and at the same time, the accuracy of the wire feeding length is greatly improved.

The upper and lower rollers open and close simultaneously to ensure that the center of the rollers is parallel to the center of the blade.

The high-torque stepper motor ensures the high cutting force.
