Belt Feed Wire and Cable Processing Machine [ 0.1-25/35mm² ]

JCW-CS05A adopts belt feeding structure for automatic cable cutting and stripping. It offers strong pulling force while maintaining excellent cost performance.

The upper and lower rollers open and close at the same time, which accurately keeps the cable aligned to the center of the guide tube and avoids offset during feeding.

Equipped with built-in multi-section stripping program, this machine can achieve long stripping lengths to meet special harness processing demands. It handles large outer diameter single wire, sheathed cables and shielded sheath cables steadily.

The standard configuration supports up to 25mm² cable and features faster cycle speed for high-volume production.

A 35mm² upgraded version is available for thicker cables. Due to higher load requirements, the 35mm² variant runs at a slower working speed to guarantee stable cutting and stripping quality.

Belt feeding delivers reliable traction for thick power cables. JCW0-CS05A is widely used for battery cables, power distribution cables and heavy gauge wire harness processing.
