16mm² Wire Cutting Stripping and Bending Machine JCW-CS10B

JCW-CS10B is the heavy-duty upgraded model for processing thick single-core solid BV wires, with a maximum cross-section of 16mm².

This all-in-one equipment automatically completes fixed-length cutting, insulation stripping and programmable 2D bending.

Bending angles are fully adjustable to meet cabinet wiring schematics. Compared with the smaller 6mm² model, it adopts reinforced mechanical structure, stronger drive and heavy-duty tooling to handle rigid, large-diameter power wires stably.

It is mainly used for power distribution cabinets, switchgear and low-voltage electrical equipment. Ideal for batch pre-forming thick bus wires in power industry.
