Braided Shield Cable Preparation

Braided-shield cables have so many advantages, the shield cables provide a flexible method of electrically shielding a cable, and the braid also adds strength to the cable. However, the disadvantage of using a braided shield is the time and effort required to prepare the cable to attach the connector.

The JCW-322D electro-pneumatic braid brushed and twister integrates wire brushing and twisting into one machine to improve the processing efficiency of small shield wires and save costs. A third brush is used to split the unbraided shield wire, the operator can quickly move to downline twisting.

This versatile brushing and twisting machine can be used as a respective twisting machine to work with JCW-322B to process large cables.
