JCW-322B  is designed for disentangling cable shields, brush length up to max. 80 mm, one-touch change of direction of rotation, quickly changeable brushes for individual adaptation to the respective cable type. The JCW-322B Shield brushing machine can be used for small and large-scale production, the width & speed are all adjustable.

Braided Shield Cable Preparation

Braided-shield cables have so many advantages, the shield cables provide a flexible method of electrically shielding a cable, and the braid also adds strength to the cable. However, the disadvantage of using a braided shield is the time and effort required to prepare the cable to attach the connector.

The JCW-322B electric braid brusher is an electric machine with long brushes for processing heavy-duty shield cable up to 30mm diameter, the brushing length is up to 200 mm. This unbraiding machine is designed for the de-stressing, de-interlaced of cables with braided metal shielding by brushing. 

The JCW-322B electric braid shielding brusher is ideal equipment for increasing productivity and reducing costs by minimizing labor working. The brushing speed is easily adjustable. The brush spacing can be adjusted easily for small and large cables by means of a knurled wheel.
