Braided Shield Cable Preparation

Braided-shield cables have so many advantages, the shield cables provide a flexible method of electrically shielding a cable, and the braid also adds strength to the cable. However, the disadvantage of using a braided shield is the time and effort required to prepare the cable to attach the connector.

The JCW-322 electric braid brusher supplies an easy way to unbraid the shield to shorten the cable preparation time. This machine is designed for the de-stressing, de-interlaced of cables with braided metal shielding by brushing. The brush spacing can be adjusted easily to the wire rope diameter by means of a knurled wheel. The JCW-322 is capable to process max O.D 25mm cable.
