JCW-CS06 is the upgraded comprehensive cable cutting and stripping machine developed on the basis of CS03M. 

It adopts 4 feeding roller structure, delivering stronger pulling and stripping force to tackle cables with thicker or tougher insulation.

This universal model works for both flat sheath flexible cables and round multi-core cables. 

For round sheath cables, the machine only supports outer jacket stripping. 

By replacing the corresponding supporting accessories, the machine can be converted to process single wires, expanding the machine’s applicable range to cover different wire types in your workshop.

It is equipped with color touch screen control system. Standard operation interface supports Chinese and English, and extra languages can be added on request. 

Up to 100 groups of processing parameters can be saved as independent programs. Users can quickly recall preset settings when switching different cable specifications, avoiding repeated adjustment.

The machine reserves communication ports for marking equipment. It can connect with heat transfer printers, inkjet marking machines and laser marking machines to realize synchronous marking during wire processing. 

Together with wire pay-off machines and output conveyors, it can be integrated into a fully automatic cable processing production line.

A full set of supporting accessories including dedicated guide tubes, straighteners and precision cutting blades are optional, matched according to your cable size. It is widely used for LED flat cables, multi-core round sheath wires, single core wires and various flexible harness materials, stable and high-efficiency for mass production.
