The JCW-C06 automatic tube cutting machine is specially designed to measure and cut the flexible corrugated hose. This flexible corrugated hose cutting machine is also capable to cut PVC tubes. Standard model process tubes ranging from φ4mm to φ28mm, the capacity can be extended to φ38mm by customization. 

This cutting machine uses a common knife blade to offer a beautiful cutting surface, the cut is carried out in vertical mode. High-speed cutting will not cause deformation of the corrugated tube.

Ultra-wide 40mm belt ensures precise feeding. 

Efficient & intelligent

Driven by high-efficiency stepper motors, the JCW-C06 automatic tube cutter has high-efficiency processing capabilities. The JCW-C06 tube cutting machine is equipped with a transparent safety cover, which provides a clear vision. When it's open, the machine will stop working automatically and immediately. This electric cutting machine is equipped material run-out sensor, the machine will automatically stop when there is a shortage of material.
