JCW-CS19B is a versatile cut-and-strip unit engineered for heavy-duty battery cables, accommodating cross sections up to 150mm².

It handles heavy power cables reliably, delivering tidy cuts and consistent stripping quality for welding harness and energy storage assemblies.

This platform is highly modular to match diverse automation needs. Users may integrate a robotic arm or barcode scanner as add-ons, to realize automated handling and batch traceability.

It can link seamlessly with a pay-off feeder and output conveyor to form an end-to-end processing line. Thanks to its mobile chassis, the machine can be relocated freely across the workshop to adapt to shifting production arrangements.

Operation is managed via an intuitive 7-inch touch panel. Parameter sets for different cable types can be saved individually and retrieved instantly.

The control system comes with Chinese and English interfaces by default, with further language options available upon request.

The machine reserves signal interfaces to coordinate with external marking hardware.
