JCW-30TS 150 mm² Electric Car Charging Cable Crimping Machine

The JCW-30TS heavy-duty 30-ton servo crimping press is engineered for high-current cable assembly in energy storage, power and new energy battery sectors. It is optimized for crimping large cross-section tubular copper lugs.

Servo technology provides accurate and stable control over crimp force and depth, delivering uniform crimp density and low contact resistance. It accepts heavy tooling and works with heavy-duty hexagonal crimp dies and four-sided crimp dies to meet different lug crimp specifications.

Safety guard and emergency stop button are equipped as standard to safeguard operators and satisfy global machine safety standards. Its strengthened rigid frame keeps deformation minimal under full load and retains stable precision through long continuous heavy crimp cycles. This machine is widely used for battery pack cables, power distribution harness and copper lug fabrication.
