JCW-50TS 300 mm² Cable Lug Crimping Machine

The JCW-50TS is a heavy-duty 50-ton servo-driven crimping press built for demanding high-current cable assembly applications. Developed specifically for energy storage, power transmission and new energy battery industries, it handles large cross-section tubular copper lugs reliably.

Servo control delivers precise, stable crimp force and depth control, ensuring consistent crimp density and low contact resistance for high-current connections. It supports heavy tooling installation and can be equipped with heavy-duty hexagonal crimp dies and four-sided crimp dies to satisfy different lug termination standards.

This model comes standard with safety guard and emergency stop button for operator protection, complying with machinery safety regulations. The reinforced rigid frame resists deflection under full load, maintaining long-term accuracy even during continuous heavy crimp cycles. It is widely adopted for battery pack cables, power distribution wiring and large copper lug manufacturing.
