240mm² Servo Motorized HV Cable Cutting Stripping Machine

JCW-CS20A is a servo-powered high voltage cable cutting and stripping machine, built to handle single core cables up to 240mm². It delivers stable and consistent stripping performance for thick high-voltage cables widely used in new energy , battery, soldering machine and power harness applications.

This machine features excellent expandability to cooperate with peripheral units.

It can be paired with heavy-duty pay-off machine, winder or stacker for complete automated workflow. For long-length cable orders, the matching winder is the preferred option.

It winds finished cables into compact rolls automatically, which greatly reduces space occupation on the workshop floor and improves overall production efficiency for continuous long cable runs.

It adopts 7-inch color touch screen control. All processing recipes can be custom named for fast switching between different cable specifications. Standard interface supports Chinese and English, and additional language packs are available for overseas factories.

Reserved signal ports support inline marking printers for traceability marking.
