The JCW-CST02 VIB is a highly customizable dual-head automatic terminal crimping machine designed for flexible terminal feeding configurations. Customers can choose from two feeding setups: both ends equipped with vibratory bowl feeders for loose terminals, or one end with a vibratory bowl feeder while the other end processes reel-style continuous terminals. This flexible layout adapts to different terminal materials and production requirements.

The machine supports power upgrade options to handle heavy-gauge cables. With upgraded power configuration, it can process large cross-section wires up to 10mm² and even 20mm² cables reliably. It automatically completes wire feeding, fixed-length cutting, insulation stripping and dual-end terminal crimping in one continuous cycle.

Built for high customizability, nearly every functional module can be adjusted according to client-specific harness specifications, terminal types and wire sizes. It delivers stable crimping force and consistent crimp quality for heavy-duty wire harness manufacturing projects.
