The JCW-WB series wire winding and bundling machines are brilliant combinations of wire winding and bundling by an iron core cable tie. These machines use PLC controlled color touch screen, the operator just needs to adjust the winding diameter, set desired winding cycles and winding speed. The winding is activated by a foot pedal. The tying is activated by a trigger sensor, feeding length is settable for different tying diameters.

We also supply oval galvanized iron core cable tie, common colors are black and white, other colors are customizable.
