O.D 12mm Cable Roll & Barrel Handling Equipment

The JCW-WP12A automatic wire payoff & take-up machine is upgraded for thicker wires, suitable for wire diameter up to 12mm. It features infinitely variable speed follow-up control, no manual speed adjustment required.

Maximum feeding speed reaches 4 meters per second. It supports both active wire payoff and wire take-up, synchronizing with downstream automatic wire processing machines.

Built-in induction braking system: it automatically stops with brake locking and alarm notification once the connected automatic equipment halts. The constant-speed guide rail delivers tension-free wire transmission with low running noise.

The wire passing wheel is adjustable to accommodate different wire diameters. Rated load capacity is 40KG. It can be linked with wire stripping machines, terminal crimping machines and other automatic harness processing equipment.
