The JCW-CS05AN fully-electric cable cutting and stripping machine is driven by high torque stepper motors, no compressed air required.

This design effectively reduces failure rates and improves compatibility for different production environments.

It comes with rich practical functions.

The internal memory can store up to 200 processing programs, and each program supports independent naming for easy recall and management.

A dedicated short-wire mode handles wires shorter than 100 mm to finish front and rear stripping stably.

Group setting is available: for the same wire type, multiple cutting lengths can be pre-programmed, and the machine automatically runs according to preset lengths and sequences.

For applications requiring extra long stripping, multi-step stripping can be configured.

For multi-layer insulated cables, separate parameters can be set for each insulation layer; wires of different gauges can be processed in one cycle.

The JCW-CS05AN is highly expandable.

It can be integrated with optional external modules and devices including middle stripping, wire splitting, thermal transfer stamp marking, inkjet marking and wire take-up devices to build a complete wire processing line.
