This cutting and stripping machine features an automatic one-touch calibration function for cutting length and middle strip capability. 

The JCW-CS02 is suited for automatic cutting and stripping of single wire up to 6 mm², easily handling different insulation materials such as PVC, Teflon, Silicone, Low halogen, and Fiberglass, etc.

4.3" color touchscreen and user-friendly interface make the operation very simple, fast set-up and parameter changeover require no mechanical change except only guide tubes. Thanks to the microprocessor control, the parameters such as wire cutting length, stripping length, wire diameter, speed, etc. can be accurately entered and stored for future recall at any time. Whether novice or professional, you can quickly use the machine proficiently. 

The JCW-CS02 wire cut and strip machine is equipped with high torque step motors, wear resistant metal rollers ( urethane rollers are optional for small wire and avoid leaving marks on insulation ), a robust cutter head, and a transparent safety cover. Each CS02 machine comes with a complete set of guide tubes, spare cutter blade, local power cord, and silicone touchscreen pen.
