Feature of the machine

The JCW-CST04 is a fully automatic wire cut, strip, and crimp machine, specially designed for processing open-end type insulated chain crimp terminals. Compact design saves space, highly robust machine configuration. The machine allows prefeeding, cutting, stripping, and crimping of wires in the cross-section range from 0.05 mm² to 2 mm², crimping force is 2 tons ( 20 KN ). All parameters such as wire data and crimp data can be saved and retrieved for future use.

The JCW-CST04 is a fully automatic wire processing machine for the toughest requirements. This servo motorized machine integrates high-quality components, a highly rigid transmission structure, high-speed control system. Production parameters are entered with the 7" color touchscreen monitor via the intuitive user interface to reduce training time and minimize entry errors. The JCW-CST04 offers vivid detection functions, wire lack detection, wire knot detection, stripping detection, crimping detection, air pressure detection, etc.
