JCW-CS03F is the four-wire variant within the Cut Strip series, purpose-built for fine wire batch manufacturing.
It processes four wires in one cycle, with each wire up to 1.5mm².
This machine is engineered to pair seamlessly with our 4-axis wire feeder. The matched set creates a smooth, synchronized workflow and maximizes overall line efficiency for high-volume fine wire jobs.
Please note for your selection reference: due to multi-wire parallel structure, its processing precision cannot reach the level of our single-wire cut strip machines.
Operators can edit, save and recall different wire programs for fast product changeovers.
Uniform feeding, cutting and stripping quality is maintained across all four wires, ideal for harness manufacturers chasing high throughput on fine wire batches where ultra-tight tolerance is not mandatory.
