Servo Motorized 8mm² Wire Stripping to Crimping Machine

JCW-4TC is a heavy-duty 4-ton servo strip-and-crimp workstation engineered for demanding large-terminal applications.

Driven by a high-torque servo press, it delivers consistent, adjustable crimp force suited to bulkier ring, sleeve and power terminals that require substantial forming pressure.

The unit combines automatic wire stripping and terminal crimping in one cycle and handles conductors up to 8 mm².

Servo closed-loop regulation maintains tight control over crimp depth and stroke, supporting repeatable crimp geometry even at high force settings.

Operators store parameter sets for quick changeover between heavy terminal types. It is built for power harness, panel wiring and heavy equipment harness shops that require reliable, traceable crimp quality for high-current terminals.

Crimp force monitoring can be fitted optionally for quality control.
